Dimitry is known to be a passionate advocate that has an unwavering commitment to his clients. His representation doesn’t leave you wondering what could’ve been. He fights as hard for you as he would for his own family. Dimitry understands that when it comes to your life, mistakes aren’t an option. The outcomes and results matter, and that means you need somebody who’s dedication matches yours.
Dimitry’s experience and practice includes every aspect of Family Law. He handles all divorce matters and post judgment issues ranging from child custody, child support, spousal support financial distributions, restraining orders, and additional issues that arise from life’s sensitive dynamics. Among other things Dimitry has worked with many military members and has a unique understanding of the situations that arise in a military divorce.
Dimitry has a dynamic background and prior to becoming an attorney Dimitry worked as a first responder (lifeguard, EMT, and firefighting.) His experience in different industries has translated into effective legal representation, by giving him real life experiences that can’t be taught.
Dimitry graduated as a top student from Humphreys University Drivon School of Law, Stockton, and received awards and honors in his courses. Being recognized as a top performer in both school and work has, in turn, resulted in recognition as a fierce litigator. Dimitry received his undergraduate degree from California State University San Marcos.
Dimitry loves spending time with his family and believes being a father is the most rewarding experience life has given him. Dimitry has also been fortunate to have a blended family and knows the unique intricacies associated with the “nuclear family.” He loves spending time in the ocean, diving, surfing and exploring, and could easily waste a weekend getting sunburned and water logged. Dimitry was a former track athlete in college, and still loves to workout but readily admits his running days are behind him, unless it’s running to a court hearing.
” Never have I had so much closure. Dimitry on day one was educated and the experience was never ending. I was well taken care of. I felt this was family. Dimitry in court was like a movie. I couldn’t have asked for more. At times I felt he cared more or as much as I did and I am the father. ”
