Evalinda has been in the civil litigation field for almost a decade. The knowledge and experience she gained during those years is utilized daily to efficiently and successfully serve our clients. Evalinda brings determination and a compassionate approach to representing our clients. She spent two years at the Madge Bradley Domestic Violence Clinic where she helped victims of domestic violence and elder abuse. Evalinda believes in the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. She prides herself on providing thorough analyses and comprehensive investigations, even on the most complex issues, to ensure we present the best arguments for our clients.
Evalinda was in third grade when she decided she wanted help people and ensure justice was served. She graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with distinction in her major. She then went on to Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she found herself on the Dean’s List and ultimately graduated early due to her dedication and sheer grit. Evalinda served on the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association’s Endorsement Committee from 2018 to 2022.
Being a San Diego native, Evalinda enjoys spending any free time she finds herself with by being outdoors with her family and friends appreciating everything our city has to offer. She is very grateful for the opportunity to live out her dream in her beautiful hometown.
